Go for a trip through Amsterdam, check the canals, eventually to a canal boat trip, go shopping in the Kalverstraat of the PC Hooftstraat (nearby Leidseplein and having all the luxury brand stores).

Thank you very much, kris. Clear suggestions. I am very much into strolling around cities so looking forward to that.
I do plan for a Europe trip as late honey moon later this year so for sure there will be time to revisit.
