I haven't read the whole thread, but my upcoming domestic flight in PN (instant upgrade on M fare) is showing up at 150% PQM/1.5 PQS even though by the rules (and in the past) it's 100% PQM/1 PQS. I assume it will credit properly and this is just a bug in the future display.
