This would not be possible if you were Superman. Or the Flash.
Why fly to Osaka? If you will have a Rail Pass, it will take you less than 3 hours by bullet train. By the time you get to the airport, wait for check-in and security, fly the trip, get from the airport into the city, you will take more time flying. Just use the train like everybody else.
Kyoto/Osaka-Nagasaki-Hiroshima-Osaka is not possible in one day. At least if you actually want to get into the cities and see anything.
