It's THE basic rule in the service industry NOT to mention who is staying. That should NEVER be disclosed by the hotel even if the information is widely available on social media etc.
Base on this single fact, Aman is NOT a trustworthy hotel.
No chocolate croissant this morning, need to go to Motel 6 to find some ??
They don't bring a new razor/ shaving cream set daily, only on arrival... cheap cheap.
Full ashtray need to be changed for an empty one...they forgot / don't know this rule.
Beside the hotel smile, kindness (and little guest), I still don't understand why people like Aman that much...
