In the past, I had always been able to connect to Southwest WiFi via my phone. On my flights in February (none in January or March), it disconnected constantly...typically within a few seconds or a minute or two.
I am using a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android 4.4.2. People on each side of me (one with iPad, one with unknown tablet device) stayed connected the entire flight.
Here's a thread that I found (and posted comments). Anyone here have a similar experience?
