@gracall: "arrival only" excludes transit here? Actually I know someone who transferred in Taipeh two years ago, I'll ask him about his experience.

@Himeno: Maybe you arrived at a different airport in Malaysia? Which one did you land on, I would imagine most people arrive in Kuala Lumpur?
