PPT hasn't really been connected to Australia very well in the past 5 years, everything has to be via AKL.
Didn't I say "domestic and short-haul"? That's precisely what you quoted.

I do agree - AKL isn't the same as SYD-PPT on QF. and the number of flights and seats to / from PPT has diminished.
