"Do not disturb" means what it says on the tin: my phone doesn't make any embarrassing noise or vibration for any reason except the alarm clock, and all calls are forwarded directly to the answer phone ... since I discovered it, it's switched on most of the time!!

However, many people do not leave answering messages and I would expect to see their missed calls appear on the list. So it is also slightly embarrassing when I have to say I have no record of them calling. Alas.

My telephony provider assures me it is a misconfiguration on the telephone and my telephone manufacturer assures me it is a misconfiguration at the telephony network.
