What is odd I think all the work groups are expressing the same issues as the pilots. But they (the employees) have been heavily involved in the process from the get go. It is as if a committe decided something that no one likes, big susrprise there.
This is more of a "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" situation. Until they had some uniforms to test in the field, it was just a question of looking at pretty pictures.
Field experience speaks volumes.
