Are you talking about the Marriott Rewards Visa Signature from Chase? No you will not receive a free nights stay for every $3k you spend. I have this card in my wallet. You receive one night credited to your Marriott Rewards account towards stay night tier levels for every $3k spend plus you will receive once a year on your anniversary date a free night certificate.
