The simple answer to that question is no. It's built in such a way that there are two corridors -- one on each side of the F pier -- where all non-Schengen arrivals disembark. So, passengers from the USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Cyprus disembark into the same physical area as passengers from Thailand, Russia, UAE, Qatar, etc. They would need to do a major reconstruction to separate passengers from "safe" and "unsafe" countries.
