Fairly sure there was no green and red previously, just the cattle pens with the 'normal' and 'express' entrances and a customs / quarantine officer directing you to the appropriate line.

Usually in a bit of a daze and HLO, so some of the details have escaped me, but I haven't noticed any significant difference in the time it takes.

I'm passing through again on Monday so I'll try to pay more attention and report back.
