I had to walk so it may well have been T3 for all I knew.

Didn't see the airtrain. When I handed over my customs declaration, the man asked if I was connecting to LA and pointed me over to the area with the flight connections signs.

Did make it so not too bad.

(then had the joy of arriving at the LAX Crowne Plaza and they had a load of people waiting for rooms at 11pm! Got given 2000 bonus points, 2 drinks vouchers and 3 buffet breakfast coupons for having to wait 30 mins - got my money's worth out of the breakfast at the very least)
