I'm going on Tuesday (LAX-BKK-LAX via NRT $577 on UA booked in T). Thailand has had fewer cases of SARS than has the USA. According to CNN today, the USA has 85 reported cases while Thailand has had seven. On a per capita basis that equals to 1 in 3.29 million in the USA (based on 280 million people) and 1 in 9 million in Thailand (based on 63 million people).

The Rolling Stones cancelled their China and Hong Kong dates but did not cancel their Bangkok date on April 10 and I will be there. :-)
