Just to be clear, in your experience things were slow or closed until a week after the entire week of Tet holidays came to an end, not after the day of Tet itself. So Tet was around Feb. 15 this year, but the holidays ended about Feb. 23. So it was several days after Feb. 23 (not Feb. 15) before things returned to normal. Do I have that right?
