I bought Flight Passes for Business late last year and they are valid for 1 year....BUT....when I purchased them I purchased the Flex fare as it was only 4 credits for more then 1500 miles. SO I'm shocked to see the changes and I think that the terms I purchased the passes under should still be in place??? My questions is....the terms and conditions were "x" when I bought them, I still have 19 credits remaining so should AC not honour their end of the "agreement" ???
