Well, the strength of best from everywhere is long gone when HK union made a fuss about hiring mostly HK natives. I don't think CX is going into China to hire cheap FAs, but they are migrants to HK that are hired "locally in HK" and they bring their motherland attitude on board.
Nowadays I've given up with junior FAs, they are just more misses than hits. The more senior ones are better, but not always the case. CX soft products is definitely going down real fast.
