They need a real leg rest and not just a drop bar. Also, make the tables retract into the back of the seat in the front so the divider can be lifted up when the need arise. Two dedicated FA for the Y+, that can assist in Y but primary duties are in Y+. Each PEY cabin needs to have a toilet.
