We explained this to all yesterday in person (and those who are in attendance can vouch for it) - there are many out there who are passionate for the airline business from a Commercial perspective (and we're not talking about plane spotting). There are no school or courses out there that will give you a textbook course on the airline industry (same as Computer Science, you can teach someone how to code but you need to be passionate about it as well since it's not for everyone); so we were simply there to speak to candidates that might be interested in joining this industry. For the record - we've recruited numerous revenue management employees from MIT in the recent years who are performing very well. As Ben L mentioned, our goal is to have an official grad hire program in place in the near future.
