Thank you, Irishguy28. Sorry, I didn't provide all the information but here is the "relevant information" from my perspective.

I am a US citizen and was flying from USA to Tanzania; I am required to have one blank page IF I plan to get visa on arrival; I had already gotten the visa and not required to have a blank page. I had half a page blank for entry / exit stamps.
