They are simply idiots, the people who run this company, just like with Lufthansa, with all the copinage, nepotism and mediocrity of the people who have these positions... Believe me, it's much the same (probably worse) in music, where a bunch of greedy agents run a handful of figurehead people and make the worst decisions, often ending up with orchestras having to get rid of their conductors at great expense, or opera houses firing their managers but still having to pay out huge sums according to contract.

Is any twit really going to take them up on these offers? Certainly, no-one here (I hope).
