Well interestingly, I just had my first encounters with the Concierges since going SE as well.

In YYZ I left my Blackberry in the car and was already through INS and security. MLL called the concierge (very nice lady) and she walked me back out through customs and security and then back through, avoiding all the lines.

Then, in ORD, the concierge was waiting as I got off the plane with a sign with my name on it. Welcomed me to ORD, directed me to my DFW gate (I am avoiding the direct Barbie flight, after all ) and asked if I needed walking over.

Great service, for sure!
