Actually, I'll be staying at the IC. :-)

I looked at the restaurants on the hotels website (http://www.hongkong-ic.intercontinental.com/dining/), and it looked like only SPOON had views. And it looks like that is French cuisine; I'm looking for Asian while in Asia! :-)
