My point about "rights" is that BA appears to have granted a right to religious groups that they don't grant to other people. That is what annoys me. And I repeat the term "right" is not really appropriate. If a "right" doesn't belong to everyone it is more accurately labelled a "privilege"
I beg to differ. BA are simply buying halal meat because its cheaper for them. If they wished to give me a 'right' they would have guaranteed all meat to be halal (as it is on some airlines and some BA routes to Muslim majority countries). As it is even though the meat may be halal, I would have to avoid it.
