Given the way Logan is layed out, and frequent mergers and expansions/reductions of service, it is certainly possible for any small airline to move. I don't think there are any plans, but I would not be surprised to see Sun Country move, again.

In recent years, they have been at C, E, A and then back at C. I assume they would be happy at whatever terminal is cheapest for them.
