Assuming no major issues, yes, those are sufficient connection times.
The ABQ-ORD flight will arrive most likely at terminal C, and ORD-FRA is also a C terminal flight. All of the UA terminals at ORD are connected airside, with B and C housing the majority of flights and with moving walkways through an underground tunnel connecting them. (The F concourse, used by some regional flights but apparently not your ABQ-ORD one, requires a bit more of a walk, but is still doable.)
Tough to say about FRA. I don't know for sure about UA907, but I have had flights which arrive at a terminal and flights which arrive at a remote hardstand and require riding a bus over to the terminal. FRA is a maze (and there's a dedicated thread on connecting there, FWIW), but following the signs will always eventually get you to the right place. 2:35, particularly if the UA flight has no departure delays (and thus gets in much earlier), should be no problem at FRA--2 hours is kind of my cutoff for comfort there.
