Gate 42 (T4) --> Gate 86 (T8), according to my iphone Nike app = 1.81km (and i did it in 9.5 mins!). Of course reception was spotty and it involved weaving through the masses (along with stairs and whatnot). By no means scientific, just thought i would like to share.
