First, safety. No doubt whatever that cabin crew and pilots are professionals and well trained.

Second, they always treated me well when I was traveling with small children, even when my children were not at their best behavior...much to my chagrin. Especially loved the little seat belt loops that let me attach my child to my seat belt for landing...And still have some very cute child's backpacks that they used to hand out.

Third, love the British vibe...generally decent selection of British magazines, British products (Highland Spring, etc.), British television shows, etc.

Also, cream tea in First with my son. Cheese plate (hopefully with Stilton) in Club on night flight from LAX.

Used to love large First bathroom...unfortunately that seems to have disappeared.

Still love BA, although it is getting a little bit harder...
