US CBP actually publishes stats on average and max wait times at each airport. Airport Wait Times.

On most days, some unlucky arriving pax at SFO terminal G will have a wait of over 60 minutes (sometimes over 100 minutes), though the average is typically much lower.

I would never recommend a 95 minute I-D connection at SFO for pax without GE.
