Does DME have restriction on liquid in carry-on luggage?

I'm travelling TLV-DME-LHR, and hoping to get some kosher wine purchased at TLV duty-free. Would I be able to board the DME-LHR flight if I get the duty free wine to be sealed in tamper-free plastic bags? Or being a non-EU airport, would I risk getting duty-free liquids confiscated?

Please don't answer 'get your duty-free at DME', as I'm thinking of buying items only available at TLV and not at DME.
