To all the EK gurus out there...

I've booked the following trip and paid the economy fare (T class I think)

DAR-DXB-PVG
HKG-DXB-DAR



However, the email confirmation says "First" (see the screenshot). I've already chosen seats etc in economy, and it all looks very much like I'm in the class I've paid for, regardless of what the confirmation says.

I'm Skywards, but....ahem....*mumbles sheepishly* blue....so I don't see that being a big help.

My questions:

a) Has this ever happened to anyone?
b) Do you think it's worth trying to use this as leverage to get an upgrade? If so, what method is suggested? At gate? Talk to ticketing office?
