For D fare, usually only 1 stopover is allowed for inbound direction. If you want 2 stopovers, it would be C or J fares. For V fare, you might get 2 stopovers, but doest it worth to travel in this pattern just to get 2 sectors or 1002 CMs? Did you consider the hotel accommodation charge in TPE?
