AKL lounge access for KC on SQ operated flight
Hi, am writing on behalf of KC member (MIL) shortly to travel AKL/SIN on SQ286/NZ3286, operated by SQ. Because of problems booking online with NZ, the booking had to be done online via SQ. So MIL's tkt is from SQ, not NZ. MY question is: Is MIL access-entitled to AKL NZ lounge, no matter which airline issues the tkt? Or do the rules presume one must book with NZ?
'Koru members will be able to access the Air New Zealand International Lounges in Auckland and Christchurch when travelling on Singapore Airlines operated flights with Air New Zealand flight numbers'
I guess she can ask the dragons on the day, but I want to check all the same. Any fellow FTers had same experience? Thanks
ps: Have written to KC direct, still waiting on answer....
