But in all honesty, I think it is worthwhile for others to read my experience and realize that their points could have been "refunded" when an IC alliance resort makes changes to their booking without them even knowing. I made this booking in December and it wasn't until a month later that the hotel made changes which then ended up cancelling my reservation.
