Is it possible that the GA said "in about 10 minutes" as opposed to "in 10 minutes"? It would be easy to miss that extra word. Even if you are certain that the GA did not say "about" you have to remember that you are in a very dynamic environment with lots of moving parts, literally and figuratively. So if the GA was relying on info that was based on what someone told her based on what they were told was going on, it is easy for that 10 minutes to be a best estimate that then changed. It in no way means the GA cannot be trusted.
