Sorry, I'm afraid you are out of luck. Depending on when you qualified for PLAT, you have likely more than ample time to select the benefits. To many wait until the last minute and some do run into trouble when it slips there mind. I suspect next year a lot of people will be caught off guard, as the date will be 01/31/16 vs 02/28/16.
