I'm not travelling as much as before and I haven't been able to fly Delta as often as before, but I realized today that I had forgotten to select my previous year's Platinum choice benefit that just expired. No one to blame but myself. I kept going back and forth and what to select and then I just plain forgot.

For what it's worth, I noticed they never sent the 'reminder' email I would get in years past.

Anyone have any luck getting this reinstated from Delta? I already sent a friendly email.
