The membership requires that either you or your spouse must be on the flight in order to book it.

My wife recently did NYC to YYZ on a Hawker 800 with our son and she loved it. Showed up 10min prior to departure and she was in the air in no time. Car service picked her up at YYZ on the tarmac, now she refuses to fly any other way lol...
