I can't see how they can't work something out with United/BA and/or Hyatt as they run all their cards. I couldn't use much of anything with UA or Hyatt as I already have status, but it would make me feel better that SOMETHING was offered...Right now there is 0 reoccurring hotel status (now that they say GHA is a one time thing), and there is NO difference from the Sapphire other than the UR redemption rate when converting into cash, and the club membership, which lets remember, is not documented anywhere.
