Stay on it, this has happened twice to me with AA booked CX, the most recent two weeks ago DPS to NRT via HKG. 24 hours prior to departure and numerous calls and still not ticketed, I called AA and the agent finally figured out problem was a improper tax calculation conversion from USD to a foreign currecny was preventing ticketing.

If I had shown up at DPS, which has contracted CX agents, I never would of made the flight.

Call AA and keep on it!!
