Talking about Berlin on the Lufthansa forum is a bit like talking about Frank Lorenzo on a pilots forum.

The mere idea of LH flying a transatlantic service out of Berlin is bordering on the absurd. It's quite fitting that the service is run by the U.S. side of Star Alliance's TATL joint venture rather than the German side given that Lufthansa may as well be a foreign carrier in Berlin.
