Mine was slightly different (am GCH) - I got "New York has never been closer" (touting the 17 flights a day to NYC) instead of the £39 LGW HBO fares.

However my "Enjoy more choice from London City Airport" offer did include the line:

Edit: In fact, thinking further about this, why are they even marketing the HBO fares to business travellers?! Isn't the very point of the latest enhancement to encourage us to buy the non-HBO fares?!
