Nice review! Hopefully we are getting these on the mainland soon as well...

BTW, on the start/stop system, in most cars this can be disabled via switch on the dashboard or through the on-screen menus. I've got an A4 out of LHR right now with the same feature and I can turn it off using a dashboard switch -- IIRC, most Mercedes have the same setup.
