Not sure where you guys have been, but morality went out the corporate America window years ago. Every single person on this message board knows what "all" means, but you're taking a freaking billboard message as gospel. You realize that marketing is used to manipulate the customer into buying a specific product, not necessarily to be honest? Right? Contact Delta, explain the situation, and a refund/miles will follow. If not, then the OP or anyone else has a true argument against Delta.
