I road-tested the back rows of the refurbed A319 cabin yesterday on a DUB-LHR sector.

Up to Row 22 inclusive is standard seating pitch. Row 23 to 25 is an inch less - even at 5'8" the difference was noticeable and will be uncomfortable for even quite small people. You should avoid these seats! Row 25 has no window of course; 24 has a partial window.

In summary, don't ever go beyond Row 22 if you can avoid it.
