The breakfast quality was perhaps worse than what you would get on another carrier in Y and I saw the dry omelette with chicken sausage and decided to opt for the vegetarian option, which was not much better. Even the bread / croissants were inedible, IMO.
Needed to fly the same leg earlier this month and chose MH for about the same cost as AI - far better option in Business Class, notwithstanding the bother of changing planes in KUL. AND an on time departure / arrival.
I believe AI has been having some problems in Feb / march with less staff etc resulting in many intl flights getting cancelled or significantly delayed..
Hope that is resolved soon..
I thought AI DEL-SIN to be on B787 now and a direct flight on that in C should be better than connecting in KUL notwithstanding delays on some days IMHO..
