The F lounge is very small at YVR perhaps seating for around 20 people and can get quite full.

Food consists of crackers and plastic cheese, fruit or potato chips for the most part, around an hour before boarding some sandwiches will be presented and usually dived upon very quickly but they will replace them at least once. Drinks are standard 'well' range with perhaps a half bottle of champagne provided.

Lounge staff are very friendly but there certainly is no reason to arrive early and don't forget you won't be able to checkin until t-3 if you have a bag to check anyway.
