You won't find those rooms available for points.... There seems to be something wrong with how the website displays the points options (again). What you are seeing is simply a website error, only the twin room is available as a points option for 25k but that only sleeps 2. And no club level here...

Either book two rooms or contact the hotel for what is possibly a (paid) upgrade to a deluxe room. Not really anything else to do.
