I sent a message to Marriott asking what this fee is for and if it can be declined. I did a dummy booking and saw the fee, but I can't seem to find any description of what the fee is. Here is the response I got from Marriott. Typical resort fee it seems....

24 hour pool and hot tub
Internet access
Exclusive beach chairs
24 hour fitness center
24 hour business center
Nightly entertainment
