I never got one before last Monday but that was because I was flying SE heavy routes with long eUp waitlists. Got one from YYZ on my way to MCO last Monday and again today. On a leisure route like MCO I would think op ups to be more common than on routes that are full of business travelers. At least the YYZ gate agents seem to be processing them properly unlike my experience on Friday from MCO.

I'm flying out of here again this coming Friday so I HOPE they process them according to status if the need arises. Last Friday was a huge slap in the face.
